About Khaled

Advocate. Qualified lawyer. Legal Educator.

Khaled Hussain-Dupré is a specialist fitness to practise lawyer, regularly instructed as an advocate in complex fitness to practise hearings, defending clients before practice committees of all the major health and care regulators. Whether it is a one-day interim order hearing, or a substantive hearing running across several weeks, Khaled’s approach is pragmatic, robust and gets to the heart of the issues in the case. Khaled’s innate ability to understand technical and medical concepts means that he excels in cross examination, particularly with difficult witnesses, and combined with his outstanding knowledge of regulatory frameworks and case law, ensures that his submissions are both concise and persuasive. Khaled holds a current practising certificate and his work is covered by professional indemnity insurance.

As well as managing a busy practice, Khaled also teaches aspiring lawyers casework skills and advocacy in professional discipline, helping students from non-traditional backgrounds to access legal work experience opportunities.
